As is stated on the website, the Annual Meeting for the Old Lead Region Historical Society is scheduled for Sunday, November 2, 12N at the Stockade Restaurant and Pub.
Among other business before the membership, the Board of Directors will need to select a president and secretary, as the terms of the current offices expire on December 31. According to our Constitution and By Laws, the president and secretary each serve a two year term and are appointed by the Board. Board members serve for three year terms and are elected from the membership at large.
An agenda is being finalized for the meeting. Please contact me if you have any additions.
