I hade a chance to speak with our president Pete Shrake at Lincoln's New Salem about scheduling our Annual Meeting of the Society. Our traditional meeting time-- the first Sunday in November, has come and gone.
Our thinking is that we will look to scheduling a meeting on the first Sunday in December-- December 4-- from Noon until 3 p.m. There may be problems with that time, as there is a Packers/Bears game that Sunday at Noon. To avoid this conflict, I would offer a Saturday December 3 meeting at the same time: 12-3 p.m. Does this conflict with the "Spritis of Christmas Past" program at Old World?
Please check your calendaers for this date and time. If we are unable to scheule this prior to the holidays, we may need to schedule for January.
Let Pete or me know.

Bob,
One of those days conflicts with the candle light tour at Garfield Farm we have been invited to participate in. I have a problem both days due to choir concerts I'm in at Marian. Is it to late to try for Nov. 20. I know you have a move coming up. January maybe better as things slow down after the holidays.
