Ok, so far we have addressed the 1795 US, the 1816 US, the rifle and the fusil.
What about the 1812 US Musket?
Is there any known documentation of the use of this musket? It was mostly produced from 1814 to 1816, according to a book on the Springfield Armory that I have.
