A week after the U.S. Conference of Mayors took Madison hostage, a different group of visitors rolled through Wisconsin's capital.
There were no worries about violence, no barricaded streets, no undercover FBI agents with wires snaking out their ears.
It was much different than the last time a group from the Sac and Fox Nation came through Madison, 170 years ago this summer.
These are Black Hawk's people, the tribe that gave its name to so much of Wisconsin ...
